About Plumber Mike
Plumber Mike (Mike Powell) brings 26+ years of experience to every job as a Master Plumber and Master HVAC professional. For 24 years, Mike served homeowners and businesses throughout Northwest Iowa and the Okoboji area, building a reputation for dependable workmanship and straightforward service.
In 2022, Mike moved to Vinton, Iowa to take on a Plumbing Manager role with a company in the Cedar Rapids area. Before long, he realized what he missed most—being hands-on in the field, solving problems directly for customers, and delivering the kind of service he believes people deserve.
Today, Plumber Mike is focused on providing honest, hard-working service at better pricing. He takes pride in doing every job to code, and he plans installations and repairs with the future in mind—making systems easier to service later, whether it’s for him or the next technician who works on it.

Dawn Powell is the “& More” behind Plumb Co Plumbing & More, leading the business’s Promotional Products, Full-Color Print, and Marketing services. With 20+ years of experience in the promotional products and print marketing world, Dawn helps clients stand out, stay consistent, and grow through smart, professional branding.
Dawn was a Safeguard Distributor for more than 17 years, building long-term relationships and helping businesses with everything from everyday marketing materials to standout promotional items. After taking a few years away, she was drawn back in when past clients kept reaching out for her expertise and support.
That renewed connection reminded her how much she enjoys helping businesses promote their services, strengthen their brand, and reach more customers. After careful consideration, Dawn decided to expand her husband’s plumbing business to include the promotional and marketing services she’s known for—bringing Plumb Co Plumbing & More full circle.
